How long do I have to wait for my Merch invite?
Problem: You signed up for Merch By Amazon, and are wondering how much longer you have to wait.
Resolution: No definitive answer. It could be 3 weeks, it could be 3 months. Read this Getting Started with Merch By Amazon post, create your designs while you wait.
Live Merch by Amazon t-shirt stuck at “Under Review” status?
Problem: When editing a live shirt, whether changing price or product descriptions, sometimes the shirt seems to be stuck at “under review”. This is especially annoying if you are stuck at lower tier.
Resolution( from an Amazon employee): This happens when there is a backlog of uploaded designs. When t-shirts are under review, Amazon is not able to make any changes until they are processed, rejected, or accepted. You will just have to be patient as Amazon works through the queue to complete their backlog.
“Only standard English characters (ASCII) are supported.”
Problem: This message appears after writing your Product Feature bullet point.
Resolution: Remove any apostrophes in your copy. For instance, instead of using “don’t”, use “do not”.
“I’ve already sold 25 shirts. When will I tier up?”
Problem: You sold 25 shirts, and are wondering when your will get tiered up to 100.
Resolution: Amazon bulk updates users. There is no specific date, and it is not automatic. Just be patient.
